One canonical project identity
Each project uses a stable name, slug, location, developer attribution and preferred CEBOOM URL. Aliases and marketing variations should point back to the canonical identity instead of creating competing pages.
Project and unit facts stay separate
Project-wide amenities or location facts do not replace unit-specific area, plan, inclusions, tower and price information. Materially different unit variants are not combined merely because their marketing names are similar.
Dated sources support changing facts
Prices, promotions, computations, construction status and availability require a clearly identified source and date. An older source may provide historical context but should not be described as live inventory.
Assets are mapped to the correct subject
A project render, amenity image, model unit and exact floor plan have different meanings. CEBOOM aims to label and map each asset without presenting one unit’s image or plan as another.
Uncertainty is handled without visitor friction
When current availability or a computation cannot be confirmed publicly, the page invites the buyer to request the latest information. Internal verification notes are not displayed as alarming public warnings.
Inquiry data preserves context
Project, selected unit, page, CTA position and campaign information are carried into the inquiry process where the page architecture supports them, helping advisors answer the actual question asked.
Frequently asked questions
Does CEBOOM guarantee that displayed availability is live?
No. Availability can change quickly and is reconfirmed for the exact unit during inquiry.
Why does CEBOOM show source dates?
A source date helps buyers distinguish durable project facts from changing prices, promotions, computations and inventory.
